How to read the overlay stack

Each still uses a single color for spine alignment, a second color for scapular rhythm, and a dotted line for optional wrist focus. The sequence is slow so you can compare frames.

Building subjective resistance

Participants experiment with pressing palms together, spreading toes, or lengthening the crown while knees stay unlocked. The cues stay descriptive rather than competitive.

Patterns rely on stroke thickness and contrast ratios tested against the oat and indigo palette. If you rely on a screen reader, use the text alternative on each figure plus the caption track when viewing video.
